The building, dating back to the 18th century, was acquired by the Maestro’s children and donated to the Municipality in 1967, on the centenary of his birth. After extensive structural and museum restoration, it was reopened in 2007, preserving the atmosphere of Toscanini’s childhood home.

Inside, the museum offers a thematic itinerary divided into several rooms, each dedicated to an aspect of Toscanini’s life and legend: Entrance, Corridor, Birth Room, The Maestro, Small Kitchen, Piano Room, and Audio-Video Room.
