The square dedicated to the Maestro still retains the original trim with rectangular plan of fifteenth century.

It is dominated by the bronze monument by sculptor Luigi Secchi, 1913, depicting the “Cigno di Busseto” “who watches over the village, sitting quietly on a bench.

We can admire from the beautiful Piazza important buildings including the Rocca Pallavicino, la Chiesa Collegiata, Casa Barezzi and other buildings with the characteristic arcades of Emilia.
