Ancient Pallavicina Court was commissioned by the Marquises Pallavicino of Polesine and was built at the beginning of the 15th century on a preexisting settlement.

Today it hosts cellars to season cured meats, culatello (a particular kind of ham), cheeses and wines.

After an accurate restoration, Ancient Pallavicina Court resumed its past spleandour: in the cellars there is a large number of culatello, Parmesan cheese and wines; in the refined restaurant of the Court (1 Michelin star) you can experience the best of the cuisine of Parmesan lowlands, and finally, in the beautiful rooms of the relais, on the first floor, you can sleep with a view on river Po and flood bed.
